Our customer satisfaction is the biggest asset that we carry as the best and successful packaging business. As of the custom nature of the packages’ boxes, there exists a clear, fair, and strictly transparent order return policy.
Non-refundable Custom Orders
At every order, all of the packaging materials’ dimensions, shapes, designs, etc, are customized to our client’s requirements. Therefore, we refuse to accept returns for:
- Incorrect design or size requirements from the customer side
- Third-party order carrying delays
- Change of Mind After Product Shipping
So, it is advised to double-check the details and requirements before final submission.
Damages Or Defective Packing Orders
We care for our customers’ investment, so if any of the packaging material comes to you damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right if:
- Customer notified us within five business days of the order receipt date
- Share clear images of the questionable defects
- Share the order number
Upon verification of your genuine complaints, we offer:
- Free reprint option
- Partial or full refunds
Order Cancellations
Customers have the choice to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it, so that the design and production can be managed beforehand.
- Upon production, orders cannot be cancelled from your end.
For order cancellations, you can contact the team at sales@packagingcompany.co, and the order number is mandatory for cancellations.
Price Refunds (If applicable)
In case we confirm a full or partial refund,
- The processing may take 3 to 7 working days.
- For refunds, we only use your original payment methods.
- Upon initiation of the refund, we notify the customers via email.
Shipping Costs
Unless a product error ( defective item) is witnessed, the shipping costs are not refundable in any case.
